savers accounts .....is this no longer possible for paypal verification?

do all accounts used to verify have to be current/basic accounts?

Always been preferable to have a current or basic account.

Savers get kicked back.

Not tried any savers yet as I thought I would check with you guys first.

I am only using a few current bank accounts but obviously would make things easier long term if I could open more with savers.

so some savers may be safe to use?

As an example, Tesco saver does not work, HSBC saver does. To be able to tell if your savers will work or not, we will need to know which bank it is with.

easiest right now for me would be halifax as I already have 2 savers accounts with them......I also have barclays, rbs and coop current accounts.

Halifax and RBS savers definitely work.

Dont forget that savers can be rejected later.

If you have the chance, it is still preferable to use current or basic accounts.

That reduces your paypal account being flagged over bank issues.

just tried with Halifax online saver but would not work on paypal verification for some reason.

Halifax do different types of saver accounts so maybe one of the other types may be more successful?

would I be best to leave the attempted paypal account alone now? (...the one where the savers account failed) or try another savers acount info on the same account?

Think of using a basic account instead.
