Ip mismatch for purchased stealth accounts.

This is mainly a question to those of you which have purchased stealth accounts be it eBay or PayPal. Were there any blocks placed due to IP mis-match or a change in pattern of selling items or anything else?

A change in IP address or location on it's own is not enough to cause a limitation.

Any changes to selling patterns should be taken slowly which will help to avoid undue attention. What is actually being sold is more likely to cause a problem i.e. high risk items.
