Saver accounts are savings accounts which more often than not cant take DD mandates or payments. They are literally deposit only accounts. You want to open current accounts. There are basic current accounts out there that are easy to open which are fully acceptable for use with stealth.

PP's been behaving well, since the above. However..... I got the above error on a new account today (new PP account, new bank account, valid address, stealth, etc.) I think this might be a new major error to rival the "paypal server error" from months ago - lol.
