Paypal account access limited
 

Hi, my paypal and ebay account are 8 months old, they are both stealth, been running well, ebay account has 100% feedback, my paypal account has recvied a sum of 800 during the time. logged on ebay account other day no problem, logged on paypal account and this is what I get.
Also the receiving limit for paypal account is till in place.

Why is my account access limited?

Is there any point in appealing by sending in docs or good by account?
Also what are potential things would would cause a paypal account access to get limited?

You can try appealing - when you call in, find out WHY you were banned.

never had a second account, I bought the ebay and paypal account, ready ebay stealth book and done as it said, separate user accounts, IP address different. I am just confused why the account had got limited. When I bought the account I was told to add a contact number which I did not. I guess I will have to make a stealth account my self, so I no what's what.

in 6 months I sold 20 items, ranging from 10 to 30 pounds maximum, I sell used car parts, around 2 to 5 a month. Not sure if used car parts are high risk
