what to do with paypal acc

i have a fully verified paypal account but the ebay acc attached to it got stopped from selling.
it is a stealth PP acc with bank account attached,,
any idears what to do with the paypal acc...

Attach it to a website, use it to pay suppliers, use to to pay for items via websites that accept paypal. List goes on
