PayPal account limited

Hi guys

Any advice please have a slealth account all running fine, but PayPal limited account pending confirmation of ID

So I sent in ID everything fine and I have green ticks next to all the actions ( they all have lines though them)

At the last green tick its states - congratulation we have confirmed your identification

There is nothing left to action, nothing left to tick, but the account is still limited :s

I cannot call as the account is in the name of Brian and I am Rachel (see the problem) :heh::heh:

And the email replies state call in !

Have no one (male) that can call is there a way round this?

Can you lower your voice a bit? You will likely need to call to have it reinstated since all steps followed...or you can choose to wait a bit and hope.

no need to call, message them and they will reply personally and look at it, you will probably get a few generic garbage emails first, so persist...
