another person received your conformation letter in the post

has anyone else since october had any paypal accounts limited since this date with this reason.

just wondering because some friends and myself had some acccounts with this limitation. ( all unlinked different names addressed completley seperate )
some accounts had banks added , some didnt , some was only created for a few days yet still had the same limitation.
some were even genuine addresses and names but still had this same limitation so the reason is obviously untrue because no letters came to the address.

they did not even email to say was limited only finding out after customers could not pay. strange but trying to get to the root of the problem to stop this happening again

anyone else had similar ?

how strange? not had any issues like this from 20+ accounts created since October.

Are you saying you got an email from paypal stating your account is limited because your conformation letter went to another party?

Have you a copy of this message?

Did you sign into your paypal account to check as well?

Need a bit more info.
