Paypal Prepaid Card

Hi, im looking to create a new paypal uk account, to buy with. now i want to attatch a prepaid card to it..

my question is which prepaid card would be best to opt for to use with paypal uk.

confirm with card, yes.
verify, no. verification needs a bank attached.
