Can I change my paypal account to premier?

Hi I have been using a stealth ebay and paypal account for the past 2 months. My paypal account is personal and I want to change it to premier would that be a problem? Would they ask me for anything?

You can upgrade to premier in literally less than 10 seconds. You dont have to submit any documents to complete the process. There should be a link in the upper left-hand part of the "My Account" paypal page that says "Upgrade." Just go through that quick process and your account would be a premier account no problem.
