Always have your docs prepared when you first set up a new account.
You can get a docs request at any time from p/p not just when you reach receiving limits etc.
The same goes for e/b, they could request docs when you first start to sell and way before you reach any receiving limits with p/p.
Apart from photo ID and address verification docs you should also have supplier invoices for the goods you are selling.
