adding new bank account and withdraw funds without verification

hello guys,

i have an old uk paypal account verified, been using it for a while now. i also have a payoneer account which i intend to add soon (via phone since i read on this forum cause i don't see any option in my account to add an us bank account).

now my question is: will i be able to withdraw my fund without having the account verified? I cannot verify my uk pp with the payoneer bank account cause my balance is 0 and i don't have an opportunity to load money on it.

I do intend to withdraw money from paypal and then verify the account.

Or is there any chance to add 5 dollars to my payoneer account?

As the Paypal account is already verified there will be no requirement to "re-verify" it with the Payoneer account. The bank will remain "unconfirmed" until you complete the confirmation process but that will not affect the ability to withdraw.

Given the facility to add a US bank account to a verified UK paypal account has now been removed, please do update the thread if they manually add the US account over the phone.
