| Ibraheem98 | 01-24-2014 11:17 AM | PayPal Stealth Address Question? Hi Guys,
I wanted to ideally setup a Stealth PayPal and eBay account so I could purchase items from eBay again, but the obvious problem is the address.
I live in London,UK. I need a way to get access to an address, but am afraid of using and friends or relatives because if they make a PayPal account they could get banned as well.
I wanted to maybe rent an address out, but then I was thinking about the mismatching name.
Also, I needed to know whether it is preferred to use a mismatching name, or just making a name variation?
Also, what type of NatWest should I use
Kind Regards |

Name variation may work if no other reg info is similar to any previously used on other e/b or p/p accounts. You could even keep using your real name if everything else is different (not advisable but doable).
Name is not usually an issue with virtual mailboxes or correspondence addresses if dealt with correctly at the time of setting them up.
Nat West basic account would be better. |

Thanks for the response, but I still have a few questions.
Do you have any recommendations for address providers? |

Thanks! | Not many people are going to share their address providers for obvious reasons. |

regards addresses, you need to be inventive and use your imagination.
peronally i would look locally, you are sure to find somewhere cheap, some internet cafes do this service. |

NoneOther | 01-24-2014 03:13 PM | Re: PayPal Stealth Address Question? PO box is not the best option for UK personal accounts.
You want a virtual mailbox |
oompaloompa | 01-24-2014 03:26 PM | Re: PayPal Stealth Address Question? virtual mailbox or pob box, in practice are usually same thing, ie they know it is not residential, even the ones that give a 'residential' address are still shared, with a box type, suite number to differentiate...only use with business acc, this methods works well. |
MidgeFragnet | 02-10-2014 04:51 AM | Re: PayPal Stealth Address Question? Are virtual PO boxes ones where you don't physically collect the mail, rather they forward it to you? |
NoneOther | 02-10-2014 05:02 AM | Re: PayPal Stealth Address Question? Can be either |
GreenBean | 02-10-2014 05:03 AM | Re: PayPal Stealth Address Question? Depends on what you select and what you pay for the service

MidgeFragnet | 02-10-2014 01:58 PM | Re: PayPal Stealth Address Question? What is "virtual" about them, please clarify? |
NoneOther | 02-10-2014 02:32 PM | Re: PayPal Stealth Address Question? A "virtual" address is a physical postal address like any other, usually provided as a service by another person/business.
A PO box is provided by the Post Office, the details of who owns the box is a matter of public record and the details of the owner can be seen by anyone who enquires about it. |
Dazzler87 | 02-10-2014 02:50 PM | Re: PayPal Stealth Address Question? Im still looking around for one, any I've tried so far say i can only get mail delivered to it in my own name, or add another name and that person must show ID, but don't have ID for names on my stealth accounts,
Should we stay away from getting one from our local post office then? |
Ibraheem98 | 06-07-2014 07:28 PM | Good Address Choices? So I was discussing with a member on here whether my address choice was good or not for my first stealth, and they told me it was pretty crap.
I used the local McDonalds in my area for my first Stealth Accounts Address :p
Ok, so I wanted to ask the subscribers personally, what do you think I should choose as an address for my account on PayPal AND eBay as I want to start selling again?
Kind Regards |

You have me puzzled, as your first post was asking about a buying account and the last one about selling again. The two are totally different. The first, as long as you change a few things you can use what you like even your old address and name in most cases. the selling account though is dependent on what you sell and things like how you handle returns. |

Nope, he has well & truly 'burned' his old address with other suspended accounts.

:nono: | Lol. It's all because of stupid eBay. My PP would have never got suspended, if it weren't for eBay. I sold Autodesk Student Keys and apparently it was a copyright violation, so after keep on listing them, PP got perma limited, and ebay got suspended.
After that, made a few more legitimate paypal accounts in my real name, verified with my own new bank accs and auto limited too :/ |
tomj1102 | 06-13-2014 08:48 AM | Re: PayPal Stealth Address Question? I have just tried to set up my paypal acc with a forwarding address.
on the final section while trying to get the limits raised it asks for your personal details which I filled in with the forwarding address as my residential and I used a different date of birth (same through the whole registration.
When coming to submit the final form it said that ithey cross ref with the credit agencies and them came back telling me I had failed to provide the correct information.
With this in mind it seems impossible to set up an account without giving you correct address. Does anyone have a solution to this? | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 10:36 PM. | |
