Established ebay - new paypal

I have an ebay account 2005 - 150 positive feedback buying and selling.

Setup a new paypal all verified bank and card added, it's 2 days old.

I'm not receiving holds on my payments at all, I'm wondering when's safe to withdraw funds?

I went to withdraw too see how long it would take and it said 2 hours.

Ami safe to withdraw or wait?

I assume from what you say that the e/b account once had another (now dead) p/p account attached to it?

If so your set up may work in the short term but will probably not last all that long.
