What name should I use on paypal?
 

Hi,I've never posted in a forum before.

I can't find a clear answer to this question so hopefully someone can help.

I was suspended indefinitely from selling but not buying on ebay..I made a stealth ebay account,but within hours it was suspended too.

I called them and it turns out that they linked my real name on paypal to my original restricted account.

I don't know what to do now as I have heard that I have to use my real name on my new debit card.

Surely ebay are going to see that again and suspend me again!

Help would be appreciated on this if anyone can help.

Any name you want that has nothing to do with you in any way shape or form. Or with you previous account. Nothing can be the same. Always new.

Looks like you have a long way to go in learning if this wasn't obvious to you. Definitely spend some time reading this forum and all the sections. Use the search bar too. You got a lot of reading to do.


Don't re-use debit cards or bank accounts either.

You found out the secret early. ebay link information to see if suspended people have made new accounts. We help users like you learn how to avoid that.

There are a few steps involved. But if you do lots of reading, you start to understand what to do.

When you start your next account, you must make sure everything is new.

Name, address, bank account & new internet access. Even your photos must be different. You have to try to make sure you do not repeat anything that caused the suspension the first time.

Now that's quite a lot to be told. I am just giving you an idea of what happens. Read thro' posts to see what is involved.

There are tricks too. You never use your bank debit card for paypal. You can use a VCC ( virtual credit card) instead. When you pick a bank to get your funds make sure it is one that is friendly for stealth.

Main point is to not rush. Later post a plan of what you think you should do.

The first issue you are having about having to use your real name is solved by working with a completely different stealth name or variation of your name.
