problems withdrawing from paypal today anyone ??

Has anyone had a problem withdrawing from paypal today ?

i'm with a pal and he has a legit account and he gets to withdraw screen with correct amount and bank presses continue button , waiting for paypal at bottom edge of screen , then nothing ??

PP is known for glitches - I have had similar on PP UK happen.

I wait a while - sometimes even a day and glitch goes away
