Help to not get limited/frozen

Hi,

I've been previously permanently limited twice. First time I was limited as I was buying and selling from boot sales and paypal asked for receipts for everything is sold! The 2nd time I ran an account for over 2 years and was withdrawing £50-100 at time without issue. Was finally limited when I attempted to withdraw around 1200 in 3 transactions in a short space of time.

2 years later I've now had another account over a month and a half. I have sold a few big items and recieved around £1600. This money is held until delivered but will
be released in around 7 days.

I want to get this money out quickly . What I want to know is: does purchasing eBay items raise red flags the way withdrawing money would? So say I bought something for £350 instead of trying to withdraw to bank? Can paypal reverse the transaction and tell seller not to send?

What are my best options. Can paypal reverse payments to websites like Zavvi etc?

I'm in the UK by the way.

i had the account limited the other day for recieving over my limit and I sent my documents to them, they restored access in an hour,

Thanks in advance
