saving card and regular debit card

I have a saving card with NATWEST,and the card linked with a suspended PAYPAL account. Wondering if I am going to get a regular debit card (was told that account number and sort code same with saving card) and add this card in a new PAYPAL account, do you think the two PAYPAL account can be get linked?

Yes, they will definitely be linked, you need a new bank account,and never use the bank debit,card, you need a VCC

Too close and will make a link.

We advise to not use bank issued cards. They fail the AVS.

Instead look at using entropay ,3v vouvher or VCC. That way you get around the AVS problem.

Fresh bank account is in order - avoid potential use of old info - for the verification part. GreenBean is right about the confirmation part - dont use debit card.
