No limit with verified personal pp acc?

I just cannot find any information about what limits are with personal verified pp account. If there are no limits why would one upgrade to business acc? Whats the difference?
Recently I had to upgrade to business account on ebay. Will paypal ask me to do the same?

I run all my ebay business accounts with premier paypals. I think it is only necessary to use business paypal if you are a Ltd company.
