PayPal's IPN Service

I use PayPal's IPN service. I recently got myself a shared hosting account with Hostgator, and realised I can have as many domain names with them.

I have a few stealth accounts, and for each stealth account I have a web hosting account with a different free hosting provider.

My question. Could I add multiple domains to my hostgator account?
And use a different domain for each PayPal account?
Or would that get my accounts linked?
