Called in for verification with poblems!

So I just called paypal to try and add my natwest current account and they are asking for additional photo id and address.

They say its to do with mis-match names which i thought was ok with natwest but obviously not. Need help guys please. Think this account and details are now dead in the sea. :mad:

Having no luck with this.

You are totally misunderstanding the process.

You ALWAYS add bank accounts in the stealth name on Paypal.

It is the BANK that is okay with the mismatching names.

Probably best to do nothing else until you are 100% confident with what you are doing.

Paypal wants to now see ID with the name and address that you have used to register the paypal account

When you add a Bank account to paypal , Paypal cannot see the name of the bank account

When you withdrawal funds from paypal to your Bank , those deposits will be attached to the name used on your paypal account

Some banks will not accept funds coming in with mismatched names while other banks are ok with it

Remind us why you called in to add the bank? Did you just trying adding the bank in PP normally (entry on site)?

No guys you have it all mistaken. I used all stealth names for when calling and adding bank.

Your initial post did not indicate this. You might get more help here if you explain in detail how the conversation went.

Are you claiming Paypal told you the real name on the bank account and then asked you to supply ID??
