No there is no way around this at least for the first sales.

If you then ship in 1 day and print the shipping label directly from Ebay this restriction will last for a shorter time.

Veterans correct me if I am wrong.

Sometime it is possible to get lucky and not have the 21 days hold, but I have had that on very few accounts.

So long as you ship fast and mark the item as dispatched your wait should be a lot less than 21 days.

Restriction lasts shorter too with good feedback left - the 21 day hold is pretty standard for initial accounts. As you get more sales done, the holds should get lifted BUT it can be reimposed at any time.

From ebay.co.uk website:

From today, access to your buyers’ payments in PayPal may be delayed by up to 21 days. This applies to you if you’re a new seller and you’ve been selling on eBay.co.uk for less than 90 days, you’ve made fewer than 25 transactions in total or you’ve generated less than £165 in total sales.

Your buyers’ payments in PayPal may also be held if you’ve fallen below standard or if your account has been reinstated in the past 90 days.

You can access your PayPal funds earlier by uploading tracking information and indicating when your item has been dispatched.
