Verifying Paypal and removing limits

Hey
I was wondering that all i need to do to verify a Paypal account is a VCC such as 3V and to remove the limits such as receiving limits is to add a UK bank account. Is that right?

1. Adding a bank account will VERIFY it.

2. Adding and confirming a VCC will CONFIRM the address.

3. Submit ID and utility bill to lift the RECEIVING LIMIT.

Step 3 can only be done after Step 1 is complete.

A VCC can be added at any time but it can only be confirmed once Step 1 is complete.

(The above is the process for UK Paypal)

How can you send in ID or a Utility bill if its a stealth account ? any ways round this ?

More than one way around this... for example you try to avoid the situation.

Never call them to get your limit rised.

Create more stealth and spread sales to stay below the radar :thumb:

Yes I know he was and I gave him the correct info.

Someone else thought he was talking about raising selling limits.
