Payment problems
 

For some reason my payments on ebay are not processing through paypal. I've sold the same item twice but the first time I just got the egg timer saying processing and didn't process. The second time, the buyer/winner couldn't even pay for the item. Paypal is verified and linked to ebay...so I m very confused??

First instance would have been an echeque that didn't clear.
Second instance, well we've all had these - a non-paying buyer.

Neither of the above are anything to do with your account or how it is set up. Nor is it any kind of system / paypal problem.

Oh haha just a bit unlucky then do you think? Just seems very odd it's been twice in a row..

When the combination is unusual we get concerned.

I get freaked myself.

Right guys I have just sold another item on this account via buy now. Payment still not received and egg time sign (payment being processed through paypal) is being displayed again.

When I click on view paypal transaction is directs me to paypal and there is no sign of anything at all.

This is 3rd transaction I have had problems with. Is there any guidance or had anyone else experienced this.

I am frustrated and confused [emoji36]

What a complete doughnut....I went in to list again...looked at paypal payment address and it's spelt incorrectly. Lol.....you got laugh sometimes [emoji507]

Also I have an item ending today with the same incorrect email/paypal address....how do I change or receive that payment..& of the other sold yesterday?? Would appreciate any help [emoji16]

First the incorrect email address that the payments were sent to try and acquire them, it's possible that no one has that email

So if it's gmail or whatever sighn in and try to create that email address, if you get lucky you can get the email and register it to your paypal account and than the payment will drop in

And not sure if all mistakes were the one incorrect email if not try to get any other emails pay,nets were sent to and do the same add them to paypal

If the emails were taken already you will need to cancel the transaction and refund the payments and you can send them an invoice directly from your paypal account, just explain to your buyers the situation
