Name & Debit Card Question
 

Kicked off ebay and paypal over a year ago for reasons out of my control.
Want to get back on?

My status now:

Moved home
New bank account with debit card
New phone Number
New PC
New IP address

My question is
1.Will I get linked by using my correct name and DOB?
2.Can I use my new debit card with paypal (if not exact reasons why?)

1.If you used your name on previous account, There is a high of of getting this limited as well

Did you send in ID and do you have or can you supply different ID when asked?

If not or you can supply something different then I would say give it a try, there is a good chance you get away with it and a small chance you don't.

As you were kicked in the past then you maybe best consider some stealth back ups just in case it happens again.
