paypal limited,
 

This is my second limit in 2 weeks.
I surived the first one.


This time paypal is asking the following :



Proof of shipping of at least for 5 items sold in May.
*- Supplier contact information
*- Business model information:
*** o Reason for the increase in payments
*** o Expected monthly payment volume for the next 6 months
*** o Do you post from inventory or drop ship?
*** o Do you have a warehouse for the merchandise? Can you provide address
for it if applicable?
*- Invoices for the items sold recently in May.

I dont own a warehouse and my address on PP is stealth.
What can i do?

Just a guess, but it sounds like you are selling mega-risky, maybe VERO stuff...are you?

Because when you ask, "what can I do".......my first thought is ...Stop selling whatever it is that's getting you in trouble.

Never heard of them ask for warehouse info before, a bit strange especially if you never gave them any reason to believe that you owned one- Then again, they tend to ask for crazy stuff always anyhow (i.e. on Personal accounts that aren't even upgraded they ask for invoices, supplier information, business and contact info.. Even if you only sold very minimal, under $100 :P etc..) - However, I received a limitation 2 days ago that I have been trying to lift, almost gotten through it I think. Called them on wanting info I couldn't provide them yesterday due to me not being a business. They said it wouldn't make sense for them to ask of it then and said they would remove it from the list of needed things, which was nice I thought.

Though, it's still on my list in the resolution center a day later. ..In progress though it shows. I have hope.

Maybe a phone call to them will help?

oh my word selling mobile phones on an account is VERY risky, especially if it is a new account.

Couple of weeks ago, I had recieved the limitation because of sudden increase in payment, I called them up and explained to them that it is because of the high value item (Mobile) The rep on phone was nice and he understood everything i said. He made me upgrade my personal account to business with all my information. He took note of all I had to say and said that they will get back to me in 24-48 hours although it took 4-5 days, but account limit was lifted and I was given full access.

Now the account is limited again, main thing now being if I have a warehouse, if so, Do I have an address for it. I did change my main address on ebay the day before, does it have anything to do with this?

Are you aware that you may not be successful with getting around this limitation?

Keep this in mind.

Address changes flag accounts.

The address was changed on ebay. Also, it does not seem to have updated on my listings.

It will only update on newly created listings or old edited listings.
