My stealth account confirm location!
 

So i bought new stealth account all worked added my bank card

put in my confirmation code to confirm bank

after few hours account limited they want me to :

1) confirm location by entering my bank card details

or

2) confirm identity by uploading proof of address

i picked option 1 but when i put my card details in of my card which i confirmed earlier says card disabled to add on paypal but however in m account settings its already confirmed and added

please help

I think it is some sort of glitch. The same is happening to me since last week.

Just give them a call, I've had numerous "safety limitations" as they call them in the past 2 weeks.

Something triggering it. The way I connect to the internet for eBay/PP means I get a new IP every time.

I guess thats part of the issue.

They know the confirm by phone isn't working... Send proof of ID? I have done that on 1 or 2. No problem.

Better to get the confirm by phone done though if you can, as your account gets automatically restored, no manual review.

should i explain what happend to paypal keep in mind that my bank details are real and paypal details are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ so il have to get someone to act as that person

As blueuk suggested, be ready to submit ID if requested. If you call, you should clearly state that the card was added and accepted to PP but you are having issues... (example)

lol no paypal said upload documents proof of address and it will automaticly be sorted
