Where do i upload documents to do?
 

I have hit my limit on stealth paypal,when i click on lift limits to upload my docs,it wants me to enter my details name,address,dob etc then it says it will run a soft credit check with experian or similar to check.
It then says cancel if you do not want to go ahead and lift limits another way.
Do i need to run the credit check so it fails then get prompted to upload docs or is there an email address somewhere?

Yes, submit details let them run the check and then a request for documents button will appear.

The electronic check needs to run and fail twice before the request to upload documents appears.
