Brand new paypal limited, help needed.

I have a brand new paypal account been limited after 2 sales.

They are asking for documents and also invoices.

They are also asking for explanation of the 2 sales that have been made,

What should I do as these are digital services?

Has the account been lost already?

Sales were made off ebay and everything was new, plus using a vps.
