PP playing up again
 

Same old story - bank accounts. Can't add one. PP returns that "paypal experiencing server difficulties" error.

6-month old PP account. Initially, only for buying. Been playing it "safe" by contacting PP for the slightest thing, e.g. " I am new and don't understand fees".

This PP account is linked to EB account. Got VCC attached but no bank account. Sold some items, including a smartphone. Want to withdraw, so went to add bank account. Got above error.

Called PP, they said that they know of this error, have to wait.

WTF?! Every single effin time!!!

Here we go.....I rang them to add my bank account.....questions asked:

Is your home a house or a flat?

What was your previous address?

Anyone else in your house have a Paypal account?

How old are you?

What is your email address?

Last 4 digits of cc attached to paypal?


Then, cut my phone call off and seconds later phoned me on the number attached to the Paypal account.

Kept me waiting while she was on the other line talking to someone, and eventually came back and asked for the details of the new account and went ahead and added it.

Strange things are happening!

Yes same thing here can't add my bank account ffs.
