Can you spend the funds in the 21 day holding state?

I'm planning on getting myself set up again with et.sy, my trouble is you need the money to buy the supplies and pay for the postage/tracking to release the funds.

I know you can't withdraw the funds to a bank account or anything like that,
But can you spend the funds while they're still in the 21 day hold on say supplies?
-Saw a thread on here about gift cards, so that's why I'm wondering.

No you cannot use funds that are on hold. They need to be released first before you can do anything with them.

You do get postage released which is a big help when starting out
