paypal bank account need advice please
 

hi guys, just a bit of advice please.

i have signed up to ebay with my mums address.

i have put my step dads name and surname example : paul blogs

i opened a ebay account.

i have then gone to open a paypal account, i have used the same name and address as i used on ebay.

now im at the stage on paypal when it asks for a bank account, well i opened a new savings account in my name thats never been used on ebay, and it asked for a bank or debit card clicked on bank and put in the new account and sort code of my new savings account.

now i get to a paypal direct debit page ( Review and Submit Direct Debit Details )

it has example paul blogs as Name(s) of Account Holder(s)and my proper savings account sort code and account number.

and asks for the address.


now im stuck do i just put the address used on ebay ? wont my bank notice anythink funny about a direct debit in the name of example joe blogs and diffrent address or do i use my own address? if so wont paypal see my name and address.

You just want to add the bank account to your paypal account. Don't do anything with direct debit...not even sure what that is.

when i first set account up i clicked on use bank account not credit or debit card.

am i suppost to Add Credit or Debit Card useing a entro card?

i get to this ( pic attched below ) when i click on Status: Unverified in paypal

Sorry it must be a UK thing...I hope someone can help you with that.

On the direct debit, just add the details you signed up the paypal account for.

If it asks for the bank address - then give that.
