Payment on Hold Question

Basically i received 2 payments from someone the first o e was fine. I withdrew it no problem then he sent another payment but now paypal have put a hold on both payments puttin the account into minus 120.

Payment 1 was £120
Payment 2 was £240

What can i do?

Did you get any message from paypal?

I have asked him his account has been limited he has not said why. So i take it that mo ey is as good as gone unless he gets his account unlimited?

Not necessarily but...if his account is deemed to be fraudulent, payments can be returned.

I think he has charged back. As iit is asking me where i sent product ect but it was digial so dont have any proof i have sent it apart from emails.
