Uploading ID to lift limits help

I am atempting to upload ID to lift limits on a paypal account... but I cant for the lift of me figure out how. I've gone through the lift limits part until it asks if you want to check records or to press cancel so you can send ID in.

What do I do from here?

You can't press cancel to send docs.

Fill the form, it ID check should fail and then the request for documents will come.

Ah okay so I did that, pressed submit and it told me it couldn't find me. Will I get a request for ID in due course now then via email?

You will see the upload button when you click "lift limits"

The electronic check needs to run and fail twice before you can upload documents.
