somethings weird happen
 

I'm still confused but my uk Paypal still good,my laptop was hacked and somebody purchased virtual goods from Europe via my Paypal for more than £500,the money came directly from my debit card then i file an unauthorized claim with paypal which i lost,so i contact the bank and the fraud team stop the transaction and they sent me some documents for fraud to sign,they cancelled the card as well,but the card is still attached to paypal,so i get refund money from bank the next day and until today my paypal is still not in minus its been over 1 month i still use that paypal when there's money in there.

Why they haven't notice that i canceled that payment?

so that means if i won the claim then i will have double money.

you filed a fraud claim not a payment dispute with the bank so it works different.
The payment disputes (chargeback) usually get reported to paypal and then the seller/you has to provide evidence.

No, you will not get double the money.

The money you got from the bank is a courtesy credit that most likely hasn't been finalized yet. Your bank will let you know when it is.

Also FYI, paypal will usually suspend the account when people file a bank or cc chargeback of any kind. So I'm rather surprised they haven't already done so.

I'm not sure how long it takes in UK but in US the other side has 2 billing cycles to reply to the fraud/charge back/dispute. If it's been only 1 month then it is too early.
