Add bank or vcc card first?
 
Just a quickie re Paypal UK.

I'm seeing posts where people add the bank details last (after the VCC). Is there a reason for this?

For me it is the order of creation.

B for Bank comes before V for VCC.

Sometimes, I am not going to confirm that paypal so wait to fund & use a VCC.
