Address registered to new bank account..
 
I'm planning to add a new bank account to my PayPal account. The PayPal account is in the name of a friend who no longer wishes to withdraw the funds to his own bank account, thus I wish to add a new "clean" bank account to it so I can withdraw the funds directly. The question is, does the address this new bank account is registered to matter? If it's an address that has been associated with previous cancelled PayPal accounts, will that be an issue?

Address is not seen by paypal.

Avoid Lloyds though.
