negative paypal account balance

Hello guyz,

Could someone confirm me here please ? If somehow I am gonna get a suspension from eBay and Paypal account will have negative balance at the moment, do I need to pay 100% that money, or I can leave that ebay/paypal and forget it , and move on with another stealth account? Using Halifax with my real ID . Thanks for answering;))
