Hi all. Ive had a stealth paypal that i made for around 4 weeks now. I had some money in there that has been released. I added a bank account etc. I now tried to withdraw for first time and i get a message saying that it could take up to 72hrs to receive as its awaiting futher checks. Is this normal for first time?
