Confirming identity on Paypal

My eBay account has lost the selling privileges recently. I've registered a new account on eBay and Paypal. Paypal are asking for photoID. Can I use the same passport as I used before with the Paypal account linked to the suspended eBay account? Since the passport number is still the same.

Could I just cancel both eBay and Paypal accounts and register new accounts? They have not linked my new account with the suspended account yet.

If I'm using my passport as proof of identity. I need to use my correct date of birth and name on the Paypal account. Would a variation of my name work?

You need to use totally new stealth infomation.

I also have questions about verifying identity with Paypal... What's the best document to send to them for a stealth account?
