Confirm your personal information help
 

Hi Guys

My limit seems to have been lifted, I have done everything, confirmed phone number, bank account, credit card and all documents have been proved.

Got email saying the my limit has been lifted but when I click on View your account limits I cannot see my limits I only see this.

I have Confirmed all my personal information, the only thing I can see to
Complete my profile is to use the the app, but my phone is an old pay as you go and does not support apps and I don't relay want it. Am I missing something? What else is there to confirm. I need to know what limits I have.

Please can someone help.

That's what it should look like.

Everything is fine. All limits are lifted.

Just to add, completing the "profile" set up has nothing to do with lifting limits.

Thanks for the reply but what is my selling and receiving limit I don't see it

The limits have been lifted. You don't have sending or receiving limits now. That was the whole point in verifying with a bank account and submitting documents.

Just in case there is any confusion:

A paypal does not have selling limits. It has SENDING, WITHDRAWING & RECEIVING limits. You have lifted these. This does NOT mean that you can horse thousands through the account every week starting from now. Amounts need to be built up slowly.

An Ebay account has selling limits. These can be viewed in My Ebay under "All Selling"
