Unauthorized charge back with Paypal
Hi All,
I have an issue with Paypal. I received a message from them yesterday saying that the buyer who purchased an item from me contacted their credit card issuer and filed for unauthorized transaction against the order their placed with me. I have all the evidence that the item was shipped and received. My problem is that if I decide to submit all necessary evidence to get my money back will PayPal go through my account in detail in terms of linking it to other accounts etc? The trouble is there is a chance that this account maybe be linked to another account which was banned and it is a big account, I wouldn't want to lose it. The sum is £110.00, so I am thinking should I take the liability and just swallow it or should I press and try to take my money back. I would appreciate any comments.
