That is certainly a bummer, could you please PM me the name too? Starting fresh, want to be sure I don't have the same issues as other people. In a realistic World this would be perfect for everyone but we all know the misery of these big selfish corporations.

I havnt seen any other new 'pp limited' posts since mine on xmas eve... so there hasn't been a large Purge like previously..

I know folks keep saying that the DD mandate getting refused isn't an issue, but I think otherwise especially as mine was a Proper Current Account (not online saver)

look at it from paypal eyes..
1. DD gets refused which likely Red Flags
2. you start selling items at around 60/£70 each and sell say 7/8 of these very quickly (there not Vero items)
3. these items start getting solde after the 1st 90days, and after 21 days holds are removed
4. your quickly building up Ebay seller fee's and as the DD mandate is refused and PP can clearly see that the Card attached to ur acc is a VCC (which they really DO NOT LIKE from some reading on paypals own community forums ive done recently)

so... EBAY are Not in any way 'guaranteed' to get their Fees from you. they know they CANNOT get it from your Bank Acc. and they know your C/card is VCC
& imo there certainly aren't gonna trust that you will ALWAYS pay them yourself with PP or leave enough money etc

so they decide to look closely at your PP acc, they see that 'docs were submitted' and decide to have them checked, then bamn! its over..

it cant just be a coincidence that my DD was refused, then right after I start to make my first 'small withdrawals that went in without problems' this happens...

ive read on here many times that paypal can see when your bank acc is an 'online saver' so if you add one of those and DD gets refused, it don't look too suspicious as its common knowledge that savers don't do DD mandates

im my case the bank added was a proper current acc, so when the DD mandate gets refused and paypal can see at their end that the bank is not a Saver.... then Surely only 1 conclusion can be made by them... bank refused cause of Mismatched names which = STEALTH!!

theres no other logical reason why ANYONES real 'current account' would Refuse DD agreement

for weeks this played heavily on my mind and the 'voices' kept saying something gonna go bad and I should of replaced the bank acc....... but i just put it off all the time after reading so many posts on here claiming DD refusal wasn't a big deal....

My paypal account got limited after Christmas. I did withdraw All balance a day ago and next day it hit with a limitation. It's same limitation like others. Account bought from here too. Recently got top rated status. :(
It wasn't nice but I was expecting it.

That's awful.

Obviously not purchased from the seller you claimed caused the issues?

Sorry to hear, aleen.

Re: Limited....

DD = Direct Debit

It lets PayPay take funds from the bank account.
