Just some helpful information - In the very near future, you will be able to close Natwest Saver Accounts online, which will be helpful for any stealthers who have a large number of these in their arsenal, which may be linked to a currently limited empty paypal account :-)

Yep I also noticed this when I logged in online banking :)

I think lots more banks will add this feature for savers.

Saying that the Halifax one seems to be glitchy as hell when trying to close!

Its always easy enough to ring the bank or go into branch to close savings accounts.

I close natwest via the chat.. is that not what you mean?

No, there will be an option to simply CLOSE an account yourself when logged in to your natwest

Surprised that you can close via chat...most banks require signature for closing...from my experience
