Paying EB fees via electronic Paypal funding?

Got PayPal but in different name.

Ebay asking for first payment but have no money in Paypal yet so have to transfer money to PP from bank of course false name registered so will I be OK transfering money? OR should I use virtual credit card to pay Eby fees?
