issues with contacting Paypal Via Email contact.

I'm having serious issues contacting Paypal in my account via email. Usually I get that automated email from them saying you can reply to this email if the problems in this email ain't one of your questions.

But I don't get a single email back now :tears:

I've also tried it in one of my other PayPal accounts same thing.

Is anybody else having same issues ?

Is this for a limited account? I know there were issues with limited accounts being able to access the contact page which appears to have been fixed now.
