Bank accounts and VCCs?
 

So I tried to set up my stealth PayPal account and it got limited... I got:

• Static UK VPN
• Polish Visa pre paid card
• burner phone number

I know about clearing cookies etc.
I dont have a bank account, so how do i go about verifying my paypal with a bank account?

Why do you think i got limited?

Any info on how to set this account up would be good!

You are living in the UK? Go get a UK bank account and use that to verify your paypal account

You will need a UK bank account to verify the PayPal

Banks do not share information with PayPal. Just avoid Lloyds and TSB

Also, if i get a bank account why not just use the card that comes with that rather than a VCC?

Real plastic cards will fail the AVS checks

So paypal can check you address through CC AVS but not bank account?

If i get an AVS VCC, do i set up the address? how does that work?

In essence yes that is correct.

Use entropay and it will bypass the AVS checks.

You may also want to look at another VPN. I would guess that is what is causing your account to get shut down

Also can i load my entropay card with my real debit card?
