first of all my question is what is benifit to upgrade to business account more cash can come in?

still same risk as normal paypal regards to selling?


second question i have i bought a vps windows 7 located in france ip is it safe to use it on my ebay and paypal i live in uk if not i wil get it cvhanged from supplier

You really need to read the paypal UK part of the forum.

There are many threads on business accounts there.

Your IP should be in the same country.

Avoid overcomplicating your stealth life.

Personally I always keep PayPal accounts as Personal Premier accounts.

You will need a UK IP to use a UK PP and UK EB

I do same a james , paypal business can be hit with more requests for documents , over and over.

PayPal KNOW that people run businesses through personal / premier accounts.

It is known that you can be hit with more document requests on business accounts, but on the whole when you start receiving a lot of funds you will need documents at some point for the various stage reviews, first being hte merchant identity review - this can happen at any time from day 0 to day 1000.
