proof of postage for lifting paypal limitation
 

what does paypal accept as proof of postage?
is "signed for" sufficient? i.e. the postman signs when leaving the item in the buyers mailbox
or does it really need to be "special delivery"? i.e. the buyer has to signs himself.
i'm just talking about letters that fit through a standard mailbox.

for item in the standard mailbox with no delivery confirmation / tracking, you may have to ask the buyer to leave positive feedback or just wait out the 21 day hold if im not mistaken

I don't think anything will happen after 21 days without me submitting any details.
What if the buyer doesn't leave pos feedback?
I was usually asked to provide tracking information to paypal or verify identity etc.

Many a time I've stated the items were sent 1st class standard delivery, and they've simply dropped the requirement of tracking.

After all, there's bugger all you or they can do if they want tracking details, when you've already sent standard post.

If they do want info, then signed for will be fine. It still shows hard proof that the item ash been delivered (that is, of course, is RM bother to deliver it.)
