Ship to a USA address

I have a Stealth PP in the UK but I have a mailbox address in the USA acting as a forwarding service.

You can't add international addresses on a UK PayPal so how could I have the order shipped to my USA address? The purchase is off-eBay.

Would it be a case of just email the website owner and telling them to disregard my PayPal address?
The guy is adamant that he doesn't ship directly to the UK so purchasing via a forwarding service is the only way I can buy from him. I wanted to protect my UK address and rather not have him see it.

He only accepts PayPal...

I should point out that I only wish to buy from the USA.
I have no interest in selling under a US account.
