hi i was wondering if anybody can help me
ive bought a new stealth paypal but i know if i log into it from my home ip it will be limited straight away due to my bfs paypal activitys

im trying to not get this paypal shut down
would it be ok if i logged into paypal at the library?
i have tried to buy a vps but im not sure how these work and i need to pay by debit card not credit card as i dont have one and i dont have a paypal

also can i add a bank account to the new paypal that has my real name on it?

Contact that seller again and explain your situation, that you have some questions about the best way forward for your new account. Account sellers are always supportive and they will be able to give you sound advice, as you say you want this paypal to be successful of course.

You HAVE to add a bank account to it that has been set up with your real details, you cannot give false details for a bank account. But don't worry, as long as paypal have no reason to approach the bank, which they won't as long as you always pay your monthly fees in advance, then they will never get to know your personal details, this is a basic point of stealth accounts that you need to understand and not worry about.

Above all, do NOT use a library or public IP - chances are high that those IPs have been used repeatedly and/or could be blacklisted. Avoid public IPs
